Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading and securely storing their purchased files.

5. Compatibility

6. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and may be changed at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorisation.

7. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

For digital content supplied immediately, consumers may lose their statutory right of withdrawal once supply has begun where they have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, as provided by applicable law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property rights in that product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, C & E Digital Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products.
