Refund Policy – Digital Products

All products sold by C & E Digital Studio are digital products delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, once a digital product has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, returns and refunds are generally not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

EU/EEA Consumers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right may be lost once the supply of the digital content has begun, provided that you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, where required by applicable law.

Problems With Your Download

If you receive a corrupted file, cannot access your download, receive the wrong file, or experience another technical problem with your purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement or resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
